WAVE

about

WAVE Wellness was founded by Lisa Zaloga with a simple but ambitious vision: to create a space where wellness isn’t isolated, but shared.

Born and raised in Southampton, Lisa set out to build something her community didn’t yet have, a year-round haven where people could take care of themselves, connect with others, and experience wellness in a way that feels both intentional and accessible.

WAVE began as a foundation of one-on-one care, rooted in bodywork and therapeutic practice. It quickly evolved into something more.

Today, WAVE is a social wellness space where movement, recovery, and connection coexist.

The offering spans yoga, massage therapy, acupuncture, and sound-based treatments, alongside breathwork, meditation, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, red light, and advanced recovery modalities.

Every offering is curated with the same intention: to meet people where they are and provide a place they can trust.

At WAVE, wellness is not a transaction. It is a rhythm, a place to reset your body, expand your awareness, and be part of a like-minded community that values feeling good consistently, not occasionally.

What makes WAVE different is not just what’s offered, but how it’s experienced. Classes feel personal. Treatments are considered. Spaces are designed for both solitude and connection.

Whether you come for a class, a treatment, or a moment to pause, you leave more connected to yourself and to the people around you.

As WAVE continues to grow, the vision remains the same: to build a modern wellness ecosystem rooted in education, trust, and community, right here in Southampton and beyond.
