InstructorYvette Velasquez began her journey into wellness through Transcendental Meditation in the
mountains of Colombia. After transitioning from a career in fashion in 2009, she committed
herself to teaching yoga and facilitating transformative retreats around the world.
Her approach to wellness evolved deeply following her first entheogenic medicine experience.
Since then, Yvette has integrated somatic yoga, breathwork, ancient ritual, and
psychedelic-informed practices into a unique, holistic framework—supporting individuals in
accessing deeper states of healing and embodied awareness.
At the intersection of ancient wisdom and modern biohacking, Yvette’s work honors both. She
continues to collaborate with tribal communities across South America—including Colombia,
Peru, Guatemala, and Brazil—where she has been initiated in multiple traditions and lineages.
Her practice is deeply informed by Egyptian mysticism, the Rose Lineage, and the Red Road;
she is also a committed participant in the annual Moon Dance ceremony in Mexico alongside
400+ women.
Yvette is the founder of Inbodied Well, a wellness concierge company that designs integrative
wellness programs—often in collaboration with mental health professionals—for individuals
navigating trauma, addiction, or recovery. As a trauma-informed peer coach, she specializes in
harm reduction and psychedelic integration, weaving in a wide spectrum of healing modalities to
support clients in rediscovering their wholeness.
Now bringing her expertise into the biohacking space, Yvette offers yoga as a foundational
somatic practice to regulate the nervous system, enhance vitality, and support cellular
regeneration. She believes true wellness lies in learning how to listen to the body—and that
every human has the power and responsibility to reclaim their own healing.
