Registration
Early registration is encouraged to secure your preferred cabana.
- A $500 deposit per person is required at registration.
- Rooms are not guaranteed until paid in full.
- Final payment is due by January 15, 2026.
Double and triple occupancy rates are per person.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@wavewellnesshamptons.com.
- Before January 15, 2026: Full refund minus the $500 non-refundable deposit
- On or after January 15, 2026: No refunds or credits for any reason

Trip Insurance
WAVE Wellness reserves the right to cancel the retreat due to natural disasters, global events, travel restrictions, or any circumstances at our discretion. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellations.
